- Strengthen essential employability skills.
- Recruit from Orpheus ‘Next Stage’ learners, offering at least 6 months of alumni support beyond the programme.

How do we do it?
- Bespoke Programme Design: Each programme is tailored to the individual and offers comprehensive IAG services on education, training and work opportunities which support participants in making informed decisions about their career paths.
- Goal Setting and Sector Identification: Personalised sessions to help participants define their goals and creative industry sector.
- Mentorship Programme: One-to-one support from sector-specific mentors offering practical insight and professional guidance.
- Work Experience and Shadowing: Hands-on experience through work or shadowing opportunities within creative companies or organisations.
- Developing new areas of expertise: Encourage participants to learn from others and explore new technologies.
- Exploring different roles: Provide opportunities for participants to explore various roles within their chosen sector helping them to identify their strengths and interests.
- Employability Skills Development: Sessions focus on building essential employability skills such as:
- CV and Portfolio Building: Crafting professional CVs and creative portfolios that showcase talent, skills and experience.
- Interview Techniques: Effective interview strategies and practice training to help boost confidence and professional presentation.
- Networking skills: Develop the ability to connect with industry professionals and peers to create valuable networks.
- Training and Accessibility: Essential workplace skills, such as communication, teamwork and time management to help manage their work life effectively. All activities and opportunities are accessible and contribute to a more inclusive landscape within the creative sector.
- Access Rider: Support with understanding and creating access riders to ensure workplace adjustments are met.
- Travel Training: Guidance on navigating public transport and travelling independently to and from creative opportunities.
- Access to Work: Signposting participants to government programmes that offer further support.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Programme progress will be regularly reviewed and reported in collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure goals and objectives are met.
