Our flats

We currently have 26 purpose built studio flats based on our site. Our ground floor flats are all wheelchair accessible ie. wide doors and level access, wetrooms, and the majority have hoists. We have some upstairs flats which are not accessible to wheelchair users, although there is access via a lift.

A full assessment is carried out on every potential new tenant to ensure that our flats meet the needs of the individual. Regular checks are done so that the flats are kept in a good state of repair, and adaptations made (if possible) as an individual’s independence increases.

We have a Maintenance Team on site to carry out any repairs needed.
