Salary: £32,000 to £36,000 depending on experience 

Are you an experienced HR generalist professional looking for an exciting new challenge? Are you qualified to CIPD level 5 to 7 or equivalent, looking to use your skills and knowledge to make a positive difference in a rewarding environment? 

We are looking for an HR Manager to coordinate and provide a high quality, strategic operational and administrative Human Resource service to staff, managers and trustees that contributes to the vision, mission and values of the Orpheus Centre.

Orpheus Centre, a 'Good' independent, specialist FE college according to a recent Ofsted report, provides learning opportunities for young disabled people (aged 18-25), with an emphasis on performing and visual arts and independence skills.

Orpheus Centre offers:

A day college programme for students

A supported housing environment for up to 26 young disabled people

On-site Domiciliary Services
