For parents and carers

Is your young person interested in attending Orpheus? Do they have a passion for the performing or creative arts and aspire to develop their independence skills? If they are aged between 18 and 25 years and have a learning disability and/or a physical disability, we would love to hear from them.

Here’s how to apply:

Register your interest by filling in this Short Form and we will get back to you to discuss your enquiry.

How the process works:

  • Our assessment process will determine whether we can meet your young person’s needs, keep them safe and provide the appropriate study programme to stretch and challenge them.

  • If successful, Orpheus will offer your young person a placement at Orpheus on a personalised study programme.

  • Once our offer has been accepted, Orpheus will submit costs to the Local Authority.

  • Placements are confirmed, once funding from the Local Authority has been agreed.

In the meantime please download a copy of our 2021/2022 Prospectus Here.

PLEASE NOTE

Applications for academic year September 2022/23 are now closed. Applications for academic year September 2023/24 are available, which can be submitted to Orpheus from Thursday 6th May 2022.
