What else you need to pay for

Unfortunately Housing Benefit does not cover the costs of the utilities in your flat. Utilities are things such as electricity, water, and most importantly WiFi!  However, prior to moving in we will have completed a full benefit check  to ensure everything is affordable. You also need to pay for a TV licence if you wish to watch TV or any catch-up programmes.

Also, we insure our belongings in the flats, but you need to look at insuring your belongings whilst they are here.
