Drive-In CARol Concert Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket to our Drive-In CARol Concert you and any passengers in your car agree to the following terms and conditions. Once purchased tickets are non-refundable. Car parking spaces are on a first come first served basis. Cars must arrive no later than 5.15pm. It is at the discretion of the Orpheus Centre staff to allow any latecomers admittance. No refunds will be given for latecomers if they are refused admission. All drivers are to follow the instructions of parking stewards and onsite staff at all times for their own safety and the safety of others attending. The Orpheus Centre, Tandridge Golf Club and or any employees or associates will not be liable or held responsible for any cars or vehicles of any kind that are damaged or have goods or items taken or stolen from them or for any vehicle collisions that may occur or injuries caused to any individual or person as a result of a collision. Vehicles that are in excess of 5ft 1 inch from the ground to the top of the car (including roof rack/box) may be requested to park towards the back half of the venue away from the stage. We will be guided by the English Government during restrictions relating to COVID19. We will adhere to all relevant policies and practices and require all attendees to also do this at all times. The event will go ahead in wet weather, as long as we are able to run the screening and there is no risk to the audience or our staff. You must remain in your vehicle at all times, the only exception to this is to visit the toilet. (Portacabins will be available outside the proshop and are fully accessible). In the event of a cancellation of the event by the Orpheus Centre due to extreme weather, loss of power of other force majeure the event will be rescheduled for a future date within 12 months. If the event is not rescheduled within this time period a refund will be offered.
