Transition

From the moment students arrive at Orpheus, they begin the next chapter of their journey into adulthood, and as it has become known by students and staff at the Orpheus, their Next Stage. Transition at Orpheus is a time for students to feel empowered, to have access to a wealth of information, advice and guidance to support them to make choices and decisions for their futures and promote their independence.

    History

    The Orpheus Centre was founded by Sir Richard Stilgoe in 1997. Twenty years later Orpheus has transformed the lives of hundreds of young people and their families.
