Chloe joined Orpheus in 2016 as Deputy Head of Learning, moving onto Head of Learning and most recently undertaking the role of Orpheus’ first Principal.

Chloe’s focus and passion has always been supporting others to achieve positive outcomes. Just prior to joining Orpheus, she spent time working for a local authority in SEND with a focus on the Education, Health and Care Plan implementation and process.

Chloe has also worked for a charity in a youth work, coordination, teaching and mentoring capacity, primarily in early intervention and alternative education, which empowered and supported young people who faced many challenges to positively re-engage with education and their communities.

In addition to this, Chloe spent several years working in Further Education developing new and existing provision, teaching (youth engagement and SEND) and providing coaching and mentoring support to young people.

When Chloe is not devising a new plan or idea, she enjoys going to the theatre, live music and finding new places to explore.
