When you become a student at Orpheus, you can choose to use our Domiciliary Care and Support Services, or you can choose to bring your own support.
If you choose to use our service, we go through the following process with you. You will be fully involved and consulted at all stages:
We carry out an assessment of what support you need and when you want it.
We confirm if we can support you and meet your needs.
We send a report and costing to you and your social worker.
If agreed, you meet with Orpheus Domiciliary Care management to set up a support plan, health plan, risk assessment and medication profile, which will detail the services to be provided.
If you would like a link worker, we discuss this with you to try and find someone suitable.
We conduct annual reviews to discuss your progress and create achievable targets.
