 Argonaut Scheme

The Orpheus Centre appreciates your support. Our fundraising is committed to being open and transparent and 100% of all donations directly benefit our students.  In Greek mythology, Orpheus assisted the Argonauts on their journey through his gift of song, much like the way our supporters assist Orpheus students to reach their goals through performance.  By making a regular donation through the Friends’ scheme and becoming an Orpheus Argonaut, you will help us to plan and budget more effectively for the future and really become part of the Orpheus community. As a sign of our gratitude for your support, we are delighted to be able to offer Argonauts the following: 

ARGONAUTS donating under £50 per month 

All Argonauts receive a Welcome Pack on joining the scheme; regular newsletters on the work your generosity has enabled; invitations to Orpheus public performances; and an invitation to an annual Argonauts event where you will get to meet fellow donors. 

ARGONAUTS donating £50 or above per month

In addition to the above, Argonauts donating £50 or above per month (or equivalent) receive an invitation to an annual VIP reception before one of our performances. This is a chance to meet fellow donors and Richard Stilgoe, the founder of The Orpheus Centre. Donors at this level may also be listed on the Orpheus Centre website and in our main production programmes. (You may choose to remain anonymous if you wish) 

To become an Orpheus Argonaut download a form and send it back, or contact us on 01883 744664.  We can also accept one-off donations by cash, cheque, bankers draft or postal order sent directly to the Centre (please do not send cash through the post). If you are interested in payroll giving, please contact us directly.
