Whether it’s a marathon or a concert, joining our friends’ scheme or giving a one-off donation, 100% of the money raised goes towards our students and their journey to a life of independence. It also helps us raise awareness of Orpheus' work, spreading the word further and wider, and bringing more people into the Orpheus community.
We are always on the lookout for new ideas and new people to join in so do get in touch.
Supporting the Orpheus Centre doesn’t have to mean giving money. Our work would not be possible without our dedicated group of over 60 volunteers, who span from 16 to over 80 years old and help out in all areas of our work including reception, multimedia, gardening, driving, helping out in sessions and much more. Find out more about volunteering at the centre here.
This month we would like to thank... The Brundrett family.

On Saturday 7th August disabled artist Rosamund Brundrett jumped 10,000 feet out of a plane in aid of The Orpheus Centre. She was joined by her two daughters and son in law. Between them they have raised over £2000 for the centre, and continue to collect money from generous family and friends.
Rosamund, who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy at birth and is a wheelchair user, is a long-term supporter of the centre and its accessible performing arts programme. “Ever since I first encountered The Orpheus Centre I've wished with all my heart that there could have been something like it when I was ready to go to college” says Rosamund.
Help the Brundrett family raise as much money as possible by visiting their Just Giving page and giving as much as you can.
