We are extremely pleased to announce the return of last year's acclaimed production of Orpheus the Mythical!
The place is Hades, the time immemorial. Orpheus – legendary musician, guide to Jason and the Argonauts and friend of Ulysses and Hercules – has permission from the Gods to rescue his wife Eurydice from eternal torment. There is only one condition – he must never look back.
Written by Richard Stilgoe, Orpheus the Mythical enjoyed a sell out performance last year at the Royal Opera House and we are set to bring it to a wider audience this year with 6 performances from the 20th – 24th July. The shows will feature many of the original cast alongside students from Guildford School of Acting, as well as some star studded special guest appearances (see below for details) and a royal gala on the Wednesday 21st July, attended by HRH Earl of Wessex.
